TRWD Flyfest, Marine Creek Health & Safety Fair Cancelled

By March 13, 2020
In line with the recent recommendations from the CDC for preventing the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the restrictions placed by Tarrant County and the City of Fort Worth on special events, TRWD Flyfest scheduled for Saturday, March 14 and the Marine Creek Health & Safety Fair scheduled for Saturday, March 28 have been cancelled.

TRWD Flyfest

The beautiful trout were stocked by TRWD and the public is welcome to fish on the Clear Fork for personal recreation. The festival area between Bryant Irvin and Chisolm Parkway will remain catch-and-release through the weekend, fly-fishing only.

Due to the rain the trout may be moving around; however as the water clears, it should be fun. That’s fishing! We want to thank all of our volunteers, vendors, staff, instructors and sponsors that supported this event. We look forward to TRWD Flyfest 2021!

Marine Creek Health & Safety Fair

Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you at the 2021 Marine Creek Health and Safety Fair.
