By November 13, 2018
Weather Forecast | TRWD

TRWD staff continues to monitor conditions in the TRWD reservoir watersheds 24 hours a day. Forecasters at the National Weather Service (NWS) are calling for a break from the rain until at least Sunday.  Early guidance on the next system that could bring rain to the area is shown in Graphic-1.

Graphic-1. Next Chance of Rain

Reservoir Projections

  • Bridgeport – At conservation level.  Discharges have ceased.
  • Eagle Mountain –  Discharges were reduced this morning but will continue as the pool is being returned to conservation level.
  • Lake Worth –  With the reduction of Eagle Mountain discharges, expect the Lake Worth pool to begin to slowly drop later today.
  • Cedar Creek and Richland-Chambers – Both pools are at or very near crest level.  Discharges will continue as the pools are being returned to conservation level.

Please note that reservoir projections are barring additional rainfall and subject to change.  TRWD reservoir operations are based on observed rainfall conditions.  Additional updates will be provided here if conditions dictate.  Please check back.
