Reservoir Monitoring Update

By February 12, 2025

Bottom Line

  • Cedar Creek and Richland-Chambers reservoirs remain near and above conservation level, respectively.
  • Less than one inch of rain fell over the last 24-hours across all TRWD watersheds, see Graphic-1.
  • Rain has moved out of the area as of Wednesday morning.
  • Spillway operations will continue at Richland-Chambers to manage lake levels.
  • Lake Bridgeport and Eagle Mountain are not expected to be impacted by current rainfall.

Projections

  • Richland-Chambers is above conservation, but continues to manage lake levels with low-level spillway discharges. Note the updated discharge rate at Richland-Chambers as of 11am today.
  • Cedar Creek continues to rise. If Cedar Creek fills it will be managed by low-level spillway discharges.

*Projections are subject to change and are based on past precipitation.

Looking Forward – Rain moves out of the area Wednesday morning. Light rain is possible over the weekend. See NWS Guidance in Graphic-2.
