Bottom Line: Heavy rainfall is possible in the Richland-Chambers and Cedar Creek area later today into tomorrow. TRWD staff will be watching closely. Heavy rainfall could produce enough runoff to require spillway operations if lake levels exceed conservation level (CC = 322.0 feet-msl and RC = 315.0 feet-msl). Spillway operations are most likely at Cedar Creek which is only three inches below conservation.
Graphic-1 below shows guidance on heavy rainfall potential. There is also severe weather potential associated with the upcoming storms; hail and wind are the most likely modes. .
