Park Center Named After Hal S. Sparks III

On Saturday, May 14, 2016, TRWD recognized Hal S. Sparks III for his 25 years of service to TRWD and contributions at Eagle Mountain Lake. The new park center at Twin Points was named in honor of the former TRWD board member. Twin Points Park opens Memorial Day weekend.
