TRWD staff continues to monitor conditions in the TRWD reservoir watersheds. Rainfall began yesterday, see Graphic-1 for 24-hour rainfall totals. So far, most of the rain has been in the Richland-Chambers and Cedar Creek vicinity. Rain is expected to continue today through Saturday. The latest National Weather Service (NWS) guidance is shown in Graphic-2. NWS forecasts are predicting an additional 2 to 4 inches of rain at Richland-Chambers and Cedar Creek, and 1 to 2 inches at Bridgeport and Eagle Mountain.
Current conditions at TRWD reservoirs are shown below. TRWD staff will be monitoring conditions 24 hours a day. Please be advised that forecasts are subject to change and TRWD reservoir operations are based on observed rainfall conditions. Additional updates will be provided here if conditions dictate, please check back.
