TRWD staff continues to monitor the latest National Weather Service (NWS) forecasts for impacts on the TRWD system. The latest guidance is shown Graphic-1. Rainfall is expected to start as early as this evening. Rainfall is a near certainty tomorrow, with the bulk of the rain coming tomorrow night before tapering off Saturday night. Forecasts are predicting 4 to 6 inches of rain at Richland-Chambers and Cedar Creek, and 2 to 3 inches at Bridgeport and Eagle Mountain. Current conditions at TRWD reservoirs are shown below. TRWD staff will be monitoring conditions 24 hours a day. Please be advised that forecasts are subject to change and TRWD reservoir operations are based on observed rainfall conditions. Additional updates will be provided here if conditions dictate, please check back.
