District’s Purchasing Department wins industry awards

This past July, TRWD’s purchasing department received the 2018 Achievement of Excellence in Procurement Award by the National Procurement Institute. This prestigious award recognizes organizational excellence in public and non-profit procurement. TRWD is one of only 48 agencies in Texas and one of only eight state agencies in the United States in Canada to receive the award. This is second straight year TRWD’s purchasing department has received this award.
