The goal of the project is to create destinations and chance encounters for trail users with art that reflects the beauty of nature, rivers, and water. Jimmy Joe Jenkins’ Cloud 9 mural depicts a high state of happiness while adventuring the Trinity Trails and can be found just across from the White Settlement Trailhead.
