TRWD staff continues to monitor conditions in the TRWD reservoir watersheds 24 hours a day. Graphic-1 shows the rainfall totals for yesterday across the TRWD watersheds. The Richland-Chambers and Cedar Creek watersheds received the bulk of the rain, but Bridgeport received enough to fill later today. Bridgeport has not been above conservation level since July 6, 2017. This is a 482 day period during which the pool was as low as 7.06 feet below conservation.

The wettest October on record in the DFW area is now complete. Graphic-2 sums up all the rain received at the TRWD reservoirs this month. Rainfall was recorded on 18 of the 31 days in October at one or more TRWD reservoir.

Reservoir Projections
- Bridgeport – Will fill today.
- Eagle Mountain – Pool is near cresting from yesterday’s rainfall. It is not expected for the pool to exceed 649.6 ft-msl. Discharges will continue as pool is being returned to conservation level.
- Lake Worth – Pool is near cresting from yesterday’s rainfall. Expect pool to return to around 594.3 ft-msl until there is a change in Eagle Mountain discharges.
- Cedar Creek and Richland-Chambers – Discharges will continue as the pools are being returned to conservation level after additional inflow from yesterday’s rainfall.
Please note that reservoir projections are barring additional rainfall and subject to change. TRWD reservoir operations are based on observed rainfall conditions. Additional updates will be provided here if conditions dictate. Please check back.
