TRWD continues to monitor reservoir conditions 24 hours a day. Conditions remain dry in the TRWD watersheds. Dry conditions are expected to continue until Wednesday, when the arrival of a cold front will bring rainfall chances for Richland-Chambers and Cedar Creek. Eagle Mountain and Bridgeport are not anticipated to receive any rainfall from this system. See NWS Guidance below in Graphic-1.
Cedar Creek and Richland-Chambers are continuing to discharge flood waters to bring the pools back to conservation. Discharges from Cedar Creek were decreased this morning. See the table below for current discharge rates. Updates to lake status and flood discharges will be posted here.
Please be advised that forecasts and projections are subject to change, and TRWD reservoir operations are based on observed rainfall conditions. Updates to this blog will be made periodically as warranted.
