TRWD continues to monitor reservoir conditions 24 hours a day. Currently Bridgeport and Eagle Mountain are making flood discharges. The Cedar Creek and Richland-Chambers spillways remain closed. Updates to flood discharges will be posted here.
Today is expected to be rain-free in the Bridgeport and Eagle Mountain area. National Weather Service (NWS) guidance in Graphic-1 is showing isolated showers and a possibility of locally heavy rainfall in the Cedar Creek and Richland-Chambers area. Please continue to follow the NWS and the River Forecast Center (RFC) for the latest information regarding the weather and river conditions, respectively.
Reservoir Projections
- Bridgeport is expected to continue a slow descent today.
- Eagle Mountain Lake rose yesterday as water from the Boyd area arrived. The pool is expected to remain at a fairly constant level today, just under 1-foot over conservation.
- Lake Worth has leveled out and is expected to remain near 1.4 feet over conservation level today.
