TRWD continues to monitor reservoir conditions 24 hours a day. Current reservoir conditions are provided below. Currently, Eagle Mountain and Richland-Chambers are making flood discharges. Updates to flood discharges will be posted here.
All TRWD lakes (including Marine Creek), trail systems and parks remain open to the public and available for normal recreational activities. However, visitors are subject to all rules, regulations and guidance issued for each specific location either federal, state or local during this period of National Emergency.
No measurable rain in the TRWD watersheds for the second day in a row. That could come to an end today in the Richland-Chambers and Cedar Creek watersheds, see National Weather Service (NWS) guidance in Graphic-1. Low rain chances continue Friday afternoon into Friday evening. Saturday, there is a near certainty of showers and thunderstorms for the entire TRWD watershed area. Current forecasts showing depths of 1/2 inch to 2 inches possible, with higher depths expected in the Richland-Chambers and Cedar Creek area. Please continue to follow the NWS and the River Forecast Center (RFC) for the latest information regarding the weather and river conditions, respectively.
Please be advised that forecasts and projections are subject to change, and TRWD reservoir operations are based on observed rainfall conditions. The next update will come tomorrow morning, unless conditions dictate otherwise. Please check back.
