Another round of rainfall impacted the Bridgeport and Eagle Mountain watersheds earlier this evening. Graphic-1, below, shows the 6-hour rainfall accumulation from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. TRWD continues to monitor reservoir inflows and will make discharge adjustments accordingly.
The National Weather Service (NWS) is calling for another chance of rainfall overnight tonight. The majority of the rainfall is anticipated to fall south and east of the Bridgeport and Eagle Mountain watersheds; however, impacts to these watersheds cannot be ruled out. See Graphic-2, below. Please continue to follow the NWS and the River Forecast Center (RFC) for the latest information regarding the weather and river conditions, respectively.
Please be advised that forecasts and projections are subject to change, and TRWD reservoir operations are based on observed rainfall conditions. The next update will come tomorrow morning, unless conditions dictate otherwise. Please check back.
